THE PROCESS
Discovery
We’ll take a deep dive into what is keeping you stuck and the dream life you want to live but aren't sure how to achieve. We’ll discuss if I’m the best fit to help you reach your dream life and if so, I’ll recommend the best package to get you making progress right away.
Onboarding
After your discovery call, you will pick your schedule, sign your contract and make your first payment. You will also create your TrueCoach profile where you will be able to view your workouts, communicate with me and make payments.
Assess Don’t Guess
I’ll take you through two movement assessments to get a baseline for how you move, any limitations, pain or discomfort and ensure your programming is perfectly customized to meet you exactly where you’re at.
We’ll start with a movement screen which is a head to toe flexibility assessment to pinpoint the areas contributing to your specific pain. This assessment will take about 15 minutes.
Next we’ll tackle your strength. Where is your body strong? Where is your body weak? This helps us further pinpoint exactly what to address to get you moving with less and less pain so we waste no time. The strength assessment will be completed over 10 days.
The Work
This is the meat and potatoes. This is where the magic happens and we begin to really progress towards your goals and get you moving with less and less pain. This cycle usually lasts between 4-6 weeks.
Reassess
We will reassess every 4-6 weeks depending on your custom program to ensure that we are staying on track towards your goals. You will see measurable improvements as a result of the effort you put in during The Work.

In-Person Coaching
Are you local to Marietta, Georgia? The fastest and most efficient way to learn is with one on one in-person sessions, so let’s get started! I offer a variety of packages based on your needs, experience, and goals. Don’t worry about which one is right for you - following your discovery session, I will recommend the package that will be the best fit for you. All in-person coaching packages feature the following:

Private training studio. Your music, your time, your space
Single Session: $125
This is a good fit for you if:
• You have been training for a substantial amount of time (high training age).
• You’re focused on a specific outcome.
• You have a desire to master a technique or skill.
12 Pack: $1140 ($95/session)
This is a good fit for you if:
• You have a few goals, techniques, or skills you’d like to work on.
24 Pack: $2040 ($85/session)
This is a good fit for you if:
• You’ve been dealing with an issue, injury, or frustration for a long time.
• It’s time to unlearn and relearn.
48 Pack: $3792 ($79/session)
This is a good fit for you if:
• You haven’t been training for very long or you’re brand new to fitness.
• You aren’t confident in your abilities quite yet (we’ll change that!).
• We’ll need to spend extra time together to dial in your habits.
• You’re in pain and you’ve been in pain for a long time (we can change that too).
Remote Coaching
Your programming is delivered straight to your phone through the TrueCoach App. Workout when it's convenient for you, and I will be able to see videos you have uploaded and your comments and questions. Remote programming features:
