“In a word, Coach Kimberly is awesome! She uses a total approach to health and fitness. Her wealth of knowledge and understanding of the synchronicity between the body and the mind, and how they work in tandem is amazing. Not only is she helping me to improve my physical fitness, her coaching is helping me to improve my mental fitness and approach to various aspects of my life. I am so very thankful that I hired Kimberly to coach me.”

A program designed perfectly for YOU:
In-Person Coaching
Build the habits to get out of pain, increase your strength, and accelerate toward your goals in a one-on-one environment in a private studio. Work directly with me to ensure you are moving safely and without pain so you can start living a life you love. Your programming will be 100% custom to you and your goals. This is a great option for people with chronic pain, limited experience, or those just looking to accelerate their results.

This is a great option for people who feel comfortable in the gym and have access to equipment.
“After having three knee surgeries in three years, I had resigned myself to a future of limited activities and constant discomfort. Kimberly helped me shift my mindset and understand that there was another way. Today, I’m able to do everything that brings me joy, pain free which is something I could not have fathomed when I started working with Kimberly.”
